During my stay at Hi - Seattle Hostel At The American, I had a blast cooking dinner in the big kitchen while mingling with other travelers. It was such a fun and lively atmosphere! The location of the hostel was also perfect, with everything easily accessible. The building itself had a charming feel, and the surrounding neighborhood smelled amazing due to the nearby restaurants. The beds in my room were comfortable, and I especially loved the memory foam mattresses. I had a great experience at this hostel and will definitely recommend it to my friends who are planning to travel!

This hostel is located in a very convenient location, just a couple of minutes away from the metro/train station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing great service. The shared bathrooms are well-maintained, with a few individual ones per floor for added privacy.

There were some noisy guests in the dorm room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved them to another floor.

For a quick overnight stay, this hotel was perfect. Despite arriving late, the receptionist stayed late to check us in, which we greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and provided with plug-in fans, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the night. The location was excellent, right in front of a light rail station, making it easy to explore the city and get to the airport. The breakfast options were great, and we enjoyed the community vibe while eating with other travelers. The free events and walking tour were also a nice bonus!

    Do recommend this hotel.

We felt safe and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. During my Christmas stay, I really liked the convenient location of this hostel. It was just a few blocks away from both the Greyhound Bus Station and the King Street Train Station, making it super easy to get to and from the airport. The hostel also had a great vibe, with plenty of lounge areas and dining spaces available. One of the best aspects was the free breakfast, which included options like bagels, sliced bread, cereals, and coffee. It was a nice way to start the day without having to spend extra money on food.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the brightness in the room. Light coming through the blinds and the windows above the door made the room quite bright, even at night.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable with plenty of space. The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location of this hostel is great, with easy access to the nearby China town and Asian grocery store, Uwajimaya. It's also near a subway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, and there's a common room for guests to relax in. They provide free shampoo, soap, and even a hair dryer for rental.

The noise from outside can be bothersome due to the thin walls.

The en-suite bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast room had all the basics we needed, which was a nice touch. The value for money was excellent and overall, it was a gem of a hostel.
